Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Doha, Qatar. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily activities include visiting healthcare facilities, presenting product information, answering customer inquiries, and providing after-sales support. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery. The Medical Sales Representative will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolios and relevant medical guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present products clearly and respond to client needs effectively.
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety information.
  • Candidates should have good organizational and time-management skills to plan visits, manage accounts, and follow up on orders and inquiries.
  • Candidates should have proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools to document activities and maintain customer records.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards in the healthcare industry.
