6. CANDIDATE PROFILES AND PREFERENCES

You may provide profile information such as your name, contact details, location, preferred roles, departments, qualifications, experience, availability, and employment preferences.

You are responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate, lawful, and suitable for employment purposes.

Job recommendations and matching scores are estimates produced from available information. They are provided for convenience and do not represent an employer’s assessment or guarantee eligibility.

7. CV AND RÉSUMÉ BUILDER

Medbiomate may allow you to create, import, edit, preview, store, and download CVs or résumés.

You retain ownership of the information and documents you create or upload.

You grant Medbiomate limited permission to store, process, reproduce, and format that content only as necessary to provide and maintain the Services.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing generated documents before using them.
• Confirming that dates, qualifications, and employment information are correct.
• Ensuring that you have permission to include photographs, references, and third-party information.
• Keeping copies of important documents outside the application.

Templates, automated formatting, suggestions, and generated text are assistance tools. They do not constitute legal, professional, immigration, or recruitment advice.

Medbiomate does not guarantee that a CV will be accepted by an employer, applicant-tracking system, licensing authority, or government agency.

• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Does not contain malware or harmful code.
• Is not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or misleading.

We may restrict or remove User Content when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect users, maintain security, or enforce these Terms.

9. APPLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATION WITH EMPLOYERS

Before sending an application, you are responsible for reviewing:

• The employer and vacancy.
• The CV selected for submission.
• The application message and attachments.
• The recipient and contact information.
• Any terms and privacy notices provided by the employer or external platform.

Once information is submitted to an employer or third party, its processing is governed by that organization’s practices.

Medbiomate cannot control or delete information held independently by employers or third-party platforms.

Never pay money or disclose passwords, OTPs, bank credentials, or unnecessary identity documents solely because a listing or message asks you to do so.

Deletion is permanent and may remove your profile, stored CVs, saved jobs, application messages, and other associated information.

Some information may be retained when required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or temporarily maintained in protected backups.

Deleting a Medbiomate account does not delete applications or information already submitted to employers or external platforms.

You must contact those organizations separately.

16. AVAILABILITY, CHANGES, AND UPDATES

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or commercial reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Internet connectivity, device compatibility, third-party services, and maintenance may affect performance.
