Delete Your Medbiomate Account
Medbiomate is operated by Second Tales Solutions LLP.
You can request the permanent deletion of your Medbiomate account and the personal information associated with it.
How to request deletion
Send an email from your registered email address to:

Medbiomate Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your registered name
- Your registered email address
For your security, never send us your password, OTP, payment details, passport, national ID, or other sensitive identification documents.
What will be deleted
After verifying your request, we will delete information associated with your Medbiomate account, including:
- Your account and login information
- Candidate profile and job preferences
- Saved jobs and bookmarks
- CVs, résumés, profile photographs, and related files stored by Medbiomate
- Saved application messages and other user-created content
- Other personal information associated with your account
Data stored locally on your device may be removed by signing out, clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling the Medbiomate application.
Information sent directly to employers or third-party recruitment websites is not controlled by Medbiomate. You may need to contact those organizations separately to request deletion.
Processing time and retention
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Some information may remain in secure backups for up to 90 days before it is permanently removed. We may retain limited records when required by law, to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect the security of our services.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. You will lose access to your saved jobs, profile information, CVs, and other account content.
