Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Medical Equipment Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical equipment and technologies, coupled with exceptional sales and communication skills. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of cutting-edge medical devices and solutions to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities throughout the UAE. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role, as it will involve frequent travel to client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales Expertise:
- Provide in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Offer expert advice and support to healthcare professionals on the selection and application of medical equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry trends.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any technical or operational issues promptly.
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide seamless client support.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in medical equipment sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and technologies.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM).
