Sales Executive – Medical and Dental Devices
We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is vital in driving revenue growth by selling medical and dental devices while providing technical expertise and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic sales environment, excel in customer interactions, and demonstrate a strong understanding of digital dentistry and medical technologies. Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable working in clinical settings, including operating rooms, and observing surgical procedures.
What You’ll Do:
• Sell Medical and Dental Devices: Take full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.
• Identify New Opportunities: Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, actively seeking new opportunities in the market.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare and dental professionals to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct Product Demonstrations: Showcase the technical features and benefits of AIVOMED’s products through engaging presentations and live demonstrations.
• Understand Client Needs: Collaborate with clients to identify their pain points and priorities, offering tailored solutions to address their requirements.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with account executives and technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and stay updated on product offerings.
• Educate and Train: Support customers by training them on product usage and maintenance, helping them integrate AIVOMED’s solutions into their practices effectively.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to remain a trusted advisor to clients.
• Administrative Excellence: Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM tools to manage client data, track sales performance, and create comprehensive sales reports.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical or dental industries.
• A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Strong technical knowledge of medical and dental devices; familiarity with digital dentistry technologies is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Comfortable working in clinical settings, including operating rooms, and observing surgical procedures.
• A quick learner who adapts easily to new environments and challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for data management and reporting.
• BA/BS degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
