Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service activities for biomedical equipment projects and maintenance
contracts. - Act as a point of contact between clients, service engineers, and management to
ensure smooth execution of service operations. - Prepare and maintain service schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Track service requests, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support service sales activities and handle administrative requirements for service
projects. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining professional
communication and problem resolution.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in biomedical service/coordination or related admin
role. - Strong MS Office skills, Excel mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- English required; Arabic an advantage.
- Must be currently in UAE, flexible with working hours.
