Job Title: Staff Nurse

A leading provider in the Healthcare – Acute Care / Hospital sector, delivering patient-centred inpatient and emergency services across Saudi Arabia. We operate in a regulated clinical environment focused on high standards of safety, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement.

Role: Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse) — On-site, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is for experienced bedside nursing professionals to join a high-performing ward team and deliver excellence in direct patient care.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive bedside nursing care: assess patients, administer medications, monitor and document vital signs, and implement prescribed treatment plans.
• Perform clinical procedures including IV cannulation, wound dressing, catheter care, and other bedside interventions per protocol.
• Document all care accurately and promptly in Electronic Medical Records and update nursing care plans and shift handovers.
• Recognise and escalate changes in patient condition; coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely interventions.
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety protocols, and medication-safety standards to maintain clinical compliance.
• Provide patient and family education, support discharge planning, and mentor junior nursing staff during shifts.
