Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Patient Relations position located in Dubai. The Sr. Patient Relations staff member will be responsible for addressing patient inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating patient care, and acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities also include ensuring patient satisfaction, maintaining patient records, and overseeing patient admissions and discharges.
Qualifications

  • Atleast 1 year of experience customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution and handling patient complaints
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining patient records and data management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in patient relations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
