Job Description

B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized nursing institution.

Valid nursing license/registration from the relevant healthcare authority.

Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in a senior nursing role.

Strong knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, clinical procedures, and nursing care standards.

Ability to supervise and support junior nursing staff.

Experience in coordinating patient care and maintaining clinical documentation.

Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols.

Ability to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to effective nursing unit operations.
