Job Description

B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized nursing institution.

Valid nursing license/registration from the relevant healthcare authority.

Previous experience in an operating theatre, preferably in orthopaedic surgery, is preferred.

Strong knowledge of surgical nursing procedures, sterile techniques, and infection control.

Ability to assist surgeons during orthopaedic procedures, including joint replacement and fracture surgeries.

Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment preparation, and perioperative patient care.

Good clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety protocols.
