Nadia has more than 15 years of experience in Scandinavian healthcare recruitment. As the founder of AlMediqa and owner of Viraliv AB, she has developed an extensive professional network connecting healthcare professionals with career opportunities internationally.

Her experience forms an important part of AlMediqa’s approach to international healthcare recruitment.

Karim Malak

Consultant Manager, MENA

Karim manages AlMediqa’s candidate relationships across the Gulf region. He combines healthcare staffing experience with strong knowledge of the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets and cultures.

His focus is on providing candidates with the guidance and support they need throughout the recruitment process, helping them prepare for a successful transition into their new roles.
