Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registrar in Emergency Medicine, based in Riyadh. The Registrar will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in the emergency department, closely collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals. The role involves providing critical and timely medical interventions, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring holistic care delivery in high-pressure environments. Additionally, the Registrar will contribute to training junior medical staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and emergency medical treatment
  • Proficiency in performing emergency procedures and using emergency medical equipment
  • Effective communication skills and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions under pressure
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Medical degree and relevant residency training in Emergency Medicine or a related specialty
  • Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
  • Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia, or ability to obtain one
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or supervising medical students or junior doctors is a plus
  • Knowledge of healthcare practices
