Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Operating Theatre Nurses with a background in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), particularly IVF procedures. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting gynecologists, embryologists, and the surgical team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare OT and assist in oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and minor gynecological procedures
Maintain aseptic technique and surgical protocols during all procedures
Coordinate closely with doctors, anesthetists, and embryology lab
Pre- and post-operative patient care
Sterilization and maintenance of surgical instruments
Ensure compliance with clinic and DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
DHA license or eligibility (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of OT nursing experience, with at least 1 year in IVF/fertility clinics
Strong understanding of IVF cycles, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and OT protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a multicultural team
