Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Head Nurse. The Head Nurse will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing patient care, and ensuring that the highest standards of medical and nursing practice are maintained. Daily tasks include supervising nursing procedures, coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals, and managing critical care when necessary. The role also involves administrative responsibilities, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Nursing Management and Patient Care
• Proficient in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
• Extensive Nursing experience
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
• Valid nursing license
• Experience in the dental healthcare sector is a plus
