Role Description

• The Inpatient Head Nurse is responsible for supervising and coordinating all nursing activities within the inpatient units to ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and compliance with hospital policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or any related field .
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position .
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills to handle administrative and operational challenges.
• Experience in Nursing Management and Training to mentor staff and maintain best practices in healthcare delivery.
• previous experience working with hospital accreditation programs (GAHAR, JCI) is highly preferred.
