Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Head Nurse to lead our Outpatient Department.
**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
* Valid DOH License (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi)
* Minimum 5 years of experience, including outpatient care
* Prior leadership experience preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee daily outpatient nursing operations
* Supervise and support nursing staff
* Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with standards
