Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Maintain proper call records and documentation
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Arabic Female Preferred
  • Currently based in Qatar (transferable visa with NOC preferred)
