1. Patient Experience Specialist (Female Bilingual Speaker Only – Arabic and English)

Key Responsibilities:
– Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally and courteously
– Manage patient registration, appointments, and front desk operations
– Handle patient inquiries in Arabic and English (in person, phone and email)
– Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
– Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the system
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient communication
– Provide empathetic support while maintaining patient confidentiality

Requirements:
– Female Arabic speaker (mandatory)
– Fluency in Arabic and English
– Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
– Previous experience in a patient experience/front desk, customer service, or healthcare setting is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
– Proficient in basic computer systems
– Willingness to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
