Requirements:
✅ Female Candidate
✅ Arabic Nationality
✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical/healthcare setting
✅ Experience in call center and reception duties
✅ Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong customer service and patient-handling abilities
✅ Proficient in computer applications and healthcare management systems
✅ Knowledge of medical insurance processes and approvals is an advantage
