Requirements:
✔ Arabic speaker (Fluent in Arabic and English)
✔ Previous experience in a call center is required
✔ Experience in the healthcare or medical sector is an advantage
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle patient inquiries professionally
✔ Strong computer skills and the ability to manage appointments and calls efficiently
