Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wound Care Nurse based in Kalba. The Wound Care Nurse will assess, plan, and implement individualized care for patients with acute and chronic wounds. Responsibilities include providing wound care treatments, performing ostomy care, collaborating with the medical team to develop comprehensive care plans, educating patients and their families, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal healing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in wound care and ostomy care
• Knowledge and experience in nursing practices and principles
• Activate and led new wound clinic witht the required workflow efficiency.
• Understanding of medical procedures related to wound management and recovery
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Valid nursing license and relevant certifications in wound care and/or ostomy care
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
