Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist assessment and treatment plans for patients with tissue viability needs.
• Advise and support nursing teams on wound care best practices.
• Develop and implement policies and protocols related to tissue viability.
• Deliver education and training sessions for staff on wound management and prevention strategies.
• Monitor and audit wound care practices to maintain high standards of care.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent); Masters or post graduate study highly preferred

Valid DHA license or eligibility.

Minimum 3 years of experience in tissue viability or wound care.

Strong knowledge of pressure ulcer prevention and advanced wound management techniques.
