WE ARE HIRING | Derma Cosmetic Sales Specialist

Khalid Scientific Co. is looking for an experienced and driven Derma Cosmetic Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and growing our Derma & Cosmetic business, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
• Develop new customer accounts and grow existing business
• Build and maintain relationships with Dermatologists, Aesthetic Physicians, Plastic Surgeons, Clinics, Hospitals, Pharmacies, and Aesthetic Centers
• Present and promote assigned products using approved product information and materials
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on quotations, evaluations, demonstrations, orders, and customer requirements
• Support product launches, exhibitions, workshops, training, and other promotional activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer information, activity reports, and CRM updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and principals to ensure excellent customer service and business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in Dermatology, Aesthetics, Cosmetics, Skincare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field
✔ Strong experience dealing with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or aesthetic centers
✔ Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing customer accounts
✔ Qatar/GCC healthcare market experience is an advantage
✔ Qatar driving license is preferred
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, business development, and customer relationship management skills
