Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based at our Heliopolis location. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the clinic’s staffing needs. The role also involves enhancing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all applicants. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruitment processes
• Experience in Employer Branding and creating strategies to attract talent
• Proven ability in conducting effective and structured Interviewing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with recruitment software and HR tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare or wellness industries is advantageous
