Talent Acquisition Manager – Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in talent acquisition and HR operations, with a proven record of building and managing recruitment strategies in the UAE. This role requires at least 8 years of HR/recruitment experience in the UAE, including 5 years of tenure in the same company within Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent for various business units.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Prepare and present professional CV summaries for leadership review.
  • Oversee job postings, recruitment channels, and talent pipelines.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies and sourcing networks.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align hiring strategies with business needs.
  • Maintain candidate databases, dashboards, and recruitment reports.
  • Support HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law in all hiring practices.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8yrs+ years of HR/recruitment experience in the UAE, with minimum 5 years in the same organization in Dubai, UAE
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership.
  • Strong skills in interviewing, candidate assessment, and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management systems.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic, German, or French is an advantage.
