Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives.

🔹 Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs.

🔹 Design and manage Performance Management Systems.

🔹 Drive Employee Engagement and Organizational Development initiatives.

🔹 Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams and strengthen HR processes.

🔹 Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies.

🔹 Foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee growth and business success.

Requirements:

✔ Proven HR management experience in the UAE.

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

✔ Experience in developing HR systems, policies, and people strategies.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.

✔ Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm with MBA (HR) or a recognized HR Certification
