Job Description: The Junior HR Associate supports the Human Resources department in delivering efficient HR operations and employee services. The role focuses on administrative support, employee coordination, and assisting in HR processes to ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning and service excellence across Naseem Healthcare.

Roles and Responsibilties:
- Assist in maintaining employee records, HR files, and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, confirmations, and other official documents
- Assist in screening CVs and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Support internal communication related to HR announcements and activities.
- Support HR compliance requirements as per company policy and local labor laws.
- Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements and updates.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Atleast 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (healthcare experience is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
