Staff Nurse – Seychelles

AMSA Healthcare is seeking a qualified and dedicated Staff Nurse with Emergency/ OPD or Dialysis experience to join our healthcare team in Seychelles. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Seychelles Nursing Council (SNC) registration and be willing to relocate to Seychelles. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, supporting medical teams, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and protocols.

Role & responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Emergency and Outpatient Departments (OPD) & into Dialysis.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
Ensure patient safety at all times.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Comply with hospital policies, nursing standards, and Seychelles healthcare regulations.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Seychelles Nursing Council Registration (Mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Emergency and OPD settings.
Current BLS/ACLS certification is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Physically and mentally fit for clinical duties.
Willingness to relocate and work in Seychelles.
