Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team. As part of our organization in Abu Dhabi, you’ll work in an ONSITE environment delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced nursing skills within specialized fields, bring in-depth experience with UAE healthcare systems, and contribute to innovation in areas such as precision medicine and preventive care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care while upholding patient safety and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support implementation of advanced care protocols, including precision medicine and preventive services.
• Mentor, train, and support junior staff and new team members.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and utilize healthcare software for accurate record-keeping.
• Adhere strictly to UAE healthcare guidelines and institutional policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of our department.
  

Must have requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a specialized area such as precision medicine or preventive care.
• Registered Nurse (RN) credentials and licensed to practice or eligible to practice in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Strong familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and patient safety standards is preferred.
• High proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
