Job Description

• Support the sales team in presenting and promoting company products and services to current and potential clients within the assigned area.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with current and potential clients.
• Support the preparation and updating of sales reports, CRM records, sales funnel, and market information.
• Assist in collecting and updating competitors’ and market information.
• Communicate customer feedback, market updates, and new opportunities to the relevant team members.
• Assist in identifying and addressing customer inquiries and concerns under the guidance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support the smooth execution of sales activities and customer requirements.
• Support the sales team in monitoring sales targets and stock availability.
• Assist in providing appropriate solutions and high-quality service to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and competitor information.
• Learn and utilize the JDE system for quotations, sales funnel updates, stock monitoring, and data entry.
• Participate in customer visits, product presentations, and other sales activities as required.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, communication, and sales skills through training and on-the-job learning.

3.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, OR , ICU or any other relevant field.
• Fresh graduate.
• Strong interest in medical/healthcare products and sales.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when require.
