Job Title: MIS / Sales Specialist (Clinics Supplies) – Giza
– Location: Giza, Egypt
– Reporting To: Sales/Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Specialist responsible for covering the Giza area. The role includes contacting clinics, identifying their needs, and ensuring they receive the required supplies/products. You will also support basic MIS/data reporting related to sales activities and customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and develop sales activities in the Giza area.
– Contact clinics (by phone, visits, or scheduled meetings) to introduce products/supplies.
– Understand clinic requirements and recommend suitable products.
– Follow up with clinics to ensure orders, availability, and delivery progress.
– Maintain customer records and update information in MIS/reporting system.
– Track leads, quotations, orders, and outstanding items.
– Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse/logistics/customer service) to meet customer needs.
– Support sales targets and reporting deadlines.

Qualifications / Requirements:
– Previous experience in sales (healthcare/supplies is a plus).
– Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
– Basic computer skills (data entry, Excel/Google Sheets, or CRM/MIS system).
