About the Role

Are you a motivated sales professional, passionate about building relationships and achieving results?

Takaful Emarat is seeking an energetic Sales Representative – Medical Insurance to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting medical insurance products, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and compliance. You will play a key part in expanding our market presence and supporting the company’s growth strategy in the UAE healthcare insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development – Drive new business, achieve sales targets, and build lasting client relationships.

Customer Management – Deliver exceptional service, promote Takaful medical plans, and uphold ethical sales standards.

Market Insight – Stay informed on trends, competitors, and customer needs to support business growth.

Compliance & Reporting – Ensure accurate records, timely reports, and full adherence to company and regulatory policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in medical or health insurance within the UAE.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction.

· Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s insurance market and medical plan structures.
