Job Description

King’s College Hospital London, Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analytics & Reconciliation Specialist to support revenue integrity, billing accuracy, and financial reconciliation across the hospital group. This role plays a key part in identifying revenue leakages, ensuring accurate charge capture, and providing actionable financial insights to support revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate billing transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify missing charges, billing discrepancies, and potential revenue leakages.
• Perform financial reconciliations, including patient deposits, refunds, and outstanding balances.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support the resolution of overdue accounts.
• Prepare billing dashboards, reconciliation reports, ageing reports, and revenue analytics.
• Conduct audits of billing processes and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical, Legal, and IT teams to improve billing accuracy and revenue integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in hospital billing, revenue cycle management, reconciliation, or revenue integrity.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing workflows and revenue cycle processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Cerner, Oracle, or other Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
