Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor, based in New Cairo, specifically in Zayed, Fifth Settlement, and Heliopolis branches. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards suitable services and treatments offered by Groovy. This includes providing exceptional customer service, communicating the benefits of services, handling inquiries, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves offering consultations and contributing to the positive image and professional standards of Groovy Aesthetic Clinics.
• Schedule & Benefits: 5 days on / 2 days off • 12:00 PM–8:00 PM + Monthly Commission + Quarterly Commission

Qualifications

• Background in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• 0–2 years’ experience;
• Problem-solving, customer-service, sales, and data-entry skills.
• Proficient in English.
