Job Description

Pioneer Medical Supplies is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between departments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send sales quotations, invoices, and proposals
  • Process and track customer orders from confirmation to delivery
  • Coordinate with sales team, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and inquiries
  • Prepare sales reports and support the sales team with documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
