SALES MANAGER – DENTAL DIVISION
Dubai, UAE | Full-Time

Al Thanaya Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager – Dental Division to lead and expand its dental portfolio across the UAE.
Our portfolio includes dental implants, surgical and dental instruments, equipment, and advanced dental devices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead sales and business development for dental implants, instruments, devices, and related products across the UAE
* Build and maintain relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, implantologists, clinics, hospitals, universities, and key opinion leaders
* Deliver product presentations, clinical demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions
* Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
* Manage and support the dental sales team, including setting clear sales targets
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
* Strengthen existing customer relationships and expand market penetration
* Collaborate with management, marketing, regulatory, and logistics teams
* Represent the company at dental exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and professional events
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and emerging technologies
Mandatory Requirements
* Qualified Dentist (BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of dental implants, surgical instruments, dental devices, and clinical dentistry
* Previous experience in dental sales, business development, or commercial roles is strongly preferred
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong leadership and business development capabilities
* Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
* Valid UAE driving license
* Own vehicle or reliable access to a car for business travel
* UAE-based candidates only
