Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Sales Advisor. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs and recommending appropriate services and products. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing client consultations, maintaining a thorough knowledge of Groovy’s offerings, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves building strong client relationships and providing support to potential and existing customers throughout their journey at Groovy.

Qualifications

• Background in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• 0–2 years’ experience;
• Problem-solving, customer-service, sales, and data-entry skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Schedule & Benefits: 5 days on / 2 days off • 12:00 PM–8:00 PM + Commission
• Medical & social insurance provided.
• Background in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry is a plus
