Job Description

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized nursing institution.
• Valid nursing license/registration from the relevant healthcare authority.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing, psychiatric units, or behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health conditions, patient assessment, medication administration, and therapeutic nursing practices.
• Ability to monitor patients’ mental and physical well-being and support treatment plans.
• Strong communication, empathy, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of patient safety, confidentiality, and crisis management procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
