Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and accurately document their medical and nursing information.
- Measure and record vital signs and promptly report abnormal findings.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders and approved clinical protocols.
- Prepare patients, treatment rooms, and medical equipment for examinations and procedures.
- Assist physicians during consultations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Follow infection-prevention, sterilization, and patient-safety standards.
- Educate patients regarding medications, treatments, and post-procedure instructions.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies within the nurse’s approved scope of practice.
- Maintain medication, consumable, and emergency-supply readiness.
- Coordinate effectively with physicians, nurses, reception staff, and other departments.
- Perform other nursing duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties classification and registration.
- Valid Basic Life Support certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of patient safety and infection-control standards.
- Ability to use electronic medical record systems.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Available to join within a reasonable notice period.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration and classification with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and clinical best practices.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to join within a reasonable notice period.
