Role Description The Registered Nurse at TEBABAH HOME HEALTH CARE will provide direct patient care in the home setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. Daily responsibilities include administering medications, performing clinical procedures, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and educating patients and families on treatment plans, disease management, and prevention. The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians, physiotherapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care aligned with international home health standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Ain,Abu Dhabi requiring travel to patients’ homes and adherence to organizational policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in the UAE; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, preferably in a home health or community care setting.
  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities, including accurate electronic or paper charting and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and families, and to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Ability to work independently in patients’ homes, manage time and caseload efficiently, and respond appropriately to urgent and emergent situations.
  • Knowledge of infection control principles, patient safety standards, and international best practices in home health care.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with healthcare information systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset. Previous experience in Al Ain or UAE home health services is preferred.
