Requirements:
/ DHA License / Eligibility Letter as Phlebotomist (mandatory)
/ Female candidate preferred
/ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
/ Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills
/ Excellent communication and patient care abilities
/ Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
/ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
/ Familiarity with laboratory procedures and sample handling
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collection procedures safely and accurately
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens
• Maintain patient comfort and professionalism during procedures
• Follow infection prevention and control guidelines at all times
• Coordinate with laboratory, nursing, and medical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
