Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optician, located in Abu Dhabi. The Optician will be responsible for performing eye exams, assisting customers with selecting appropriate eyewear, and interpreting prescriptions from optometrists or ophthalmologists. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, maintaining accurate records, and providing expertise in optics and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of optics and optometry practices to accurately interpret prescriptions and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Experience in performing eye exams and offering guidance for eye care solutions.
• Attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers in choosing the best eyewear products.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in opticianry or related fields are preferred.
• Prior experience in the optical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
