  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).
  • Drive conversion, upselling, cross-Selling and promotions execution.
  • Achieving individual sales targets and supporting store performance.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging customer journey.
  • Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints effectively.
  • Build customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Read and understand prescriptions accurately.
  • Support basic fitting, adjustments, and product selection.
  • Assist opticians in handling technical requirements when needed.
  • Check prescription, fitting, and product specifications.
  • Ensure no defects and full match with customer order.
  • Support zero-error delivery and resolve issues before handover.
  • Process transactions accurately through POS system.
  • Support insurance approvals and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and proper product handling.
  • Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
  • Maintain product knowledge across categories.
  • Work with team to achieve store targets.
  • Support opticians and sales team during peak times.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professional and ethical behavior.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of optical and technical processes
  • Good knowledge of POS and insurance systems
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure Experience:

0 – 2 years’ experience in related field.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in technical institute of optics.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
