Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining day-to-day work as per department policies and procedures.
- Responsible for coordinating the team activities within the department or section.
- Assist senior members with department projects and participate as assigned.
- Responsible for data entry and tracking system(s) updates of the section/unit activities, ensuring that electronic and hard copies of documents, where required, are maintained.
- Track and report departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in performance analysis and quality monitoring.
- Organize and maintain the inventory.
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Support internal audits and accreditation preparation.
- Answer queries about the section or unit via phone and email.
- Support the department or unit in the required administrative tasks.
- Prepare relevant reports as requested by the supervisor.
- Any other assignments related to the nature of the job assigned by the management.
Qualification Requirements:
- Diploma for Non-UAE-Nationals.
- High school for UAE-Nationals.
Years of Experience:
- 2 years in administrative roles in healthcare.
- 1 year of experience in the nutrition department will be an advantage.
