Nutrition Coordinator

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining day-to-day work as per department policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for coordinating the team activities within the department or section.
  • Assist senior members with department projects and participate as assigned.
  • Responsible for data entry and tracking system(s) updates of the section/unit activities, ensuring that electronic and hard copies of documents, where required, are maintained.
  • Track and report departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in performance analysis and quality monitoring.
  • Organize and maintain the inventory.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Support internal audits and accreditation preparation.
  • Answer queries about the section or unit via phone and email.
  • Support the department or unit in the required administrative tasks.
  • Prepare relevant reports as requested by the supervisor.
  • Any other assignments related to the nature of the job assigned by the management.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Diploma for Non-UAE-Nationals.
  • High school for UAE-Nationals.

Years of Experience:

  • 2 years in administrative roles in healthcare.
  • 1 year of experience in the nutrition department will be an advantage.
