Role Description
As a Medical Representative at Al Inmaa, you will be responsible for developing your assigned territory and achieving sales objectives by building strong, ethical, and professional relationships with healthcare providers. This position combines business development, customer management, and product knowledge to ensure our solutions reach the right medical professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver promotional messages to doctors and pharmacists in line with brand strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders at points of sale.
  • Achieve sales and coverage objectives through CRM monitoring and regular reporting.
  • Generate demand via prescriptions and ensure follow-through across pharmacy networks.
  • Stay updated on new clinical data in relevant therapy areas and discuss findings with healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Science (required).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE pharmaceutical industry (required). Dynamic, energetic, with 2–3 years’ experience in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain area; preferred experience in anesthesia line & Pain Management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (experience using digital tools is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
