KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a strong BD strategy aligned with clinic revenue targets.
Identify, negotiate & secure partnerships with consultants, dermatologists, clinics, luxury brands, hotels, etc.
Build a powerful network in UAE healthcare & premium lifestyle sectors.
Analyze market trends & create new business opportunities.
Represent the clinic at events, conferences & networking forums.
Work closely with Marketing & Clinical teams to ensure a superior client journey.
Present performance reports, forecasts & insights to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years in UAE healthcare (Aesthetics preferred).
Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Deep understanding of UAE aesthetic market.
Exceptional communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA is a plus).
Charismatic, professional personality, a natural relationship builder.
