Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Dubai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases, maintaining the overall organization of the store, and ensuring a professional and approachable atmosphere. Daily tasks will include promoting special products, managing inventory, and addressing customer concerns or queries to ensure satisfaction. The role requires a focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets while working within a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Sales and retail experience, including upselling and handling cash transactions
• Basic knowledge of healthcare, wellness, and pharmacy products
• Organizational and time management skills to handle inventory management and store maintenance
• Proficiency in English; additional languages like Arabic are advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site role and adapt to dynamic customer needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or healthcare are a plus
