🚨 Hiring: Medical Laboratory Quality Manager | Dubai

Intel Lab is hiring an experienced Medical Laboratory Quality Manager to lead quality management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure compliance with ISO and relevant regulatory requirements
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
• Oversee quality control, proficiency testing, and equipment calibration
• Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Build a strong culture of quality, compliance, and patient safety

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in a medical laboratory setting
• Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
