About the Role:
Intel Lab is seeking an experienced Medical Lab Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the quality of our laboratory operations. In this role, you’ll implement and maintain a robust quality management system, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our lab.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards
🔹 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO standards)
🔹 Conduct internal audits and manage external audit processes
🔹 Oversee quality control activities, including proficiency testing and equipment calibration
🔹 Identify quality issues and lead corrective and preventive action initiatives
🔹 Partner with lab staff to foster a strong culture of quality and compliance

What You Bring:
✅ 3–5+ years of experience in a medical laboratory setting
✅ Solid understanding of quality principles and regulatory frameworks
✅ Excellent communication and leadership abilities
✅ A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
