Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to create personalized massage therapy plans integrating Maderotherapy techniques
• Administering Maderotherapy treatments effectively and safely, utilizing wooden instruments to relieve tension and promote lymphatic drainage
• Implementing various massage modalities alongside Maderotherapy to enhance overall therapeutic outcomes
• Providing education and recommendations to clients about self-care practices related to Maderotherapy
• Maintaining complete and accurate client records, treatment progress, and any updates to care plans
• Adhering to all ethical and legal standards related to massage therapy practice
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care

Requirements

• Relevant certification in Massage Therapy and experience with Maderotherapy techniques
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a clinical or spa setting
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to providing high-quality patient care
• Capable of establishing rapport with clients to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as necessary
