Key Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of non‐medical face/body and relaxation treatments customized to clients’ needs and recommend appropriate products and after‐care.
- Perform beautifying tasks such as Aromatherapy, cleansing, eye care facial treatments, collagen and caviar treatments and massage techniques per protocol.
- Offer Knowledge of skin structure to clients and conduct skin analysis to detect any allergies or health issues before performing a specific service.
- Ensure service rooms are fully prepared, stocked before any treatment as well as assist in cleaning and tidiness of the treatment areas.
- Make sure that all equipment and utensils are appropriately sterilized and adhere to health and safety regulations .
- Actively promote and upsell the treatments, services and retail, as well as the newsletter promotions.
- Perform inventory and restocking assignments in work stations.
- Ensure complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while enlightening guest in these areas.
- Report to Supervisor/ team Leader regarding any occurrences involving damaged equipment/ incidents in the spa.
- Respect Punctuality and follow the schedule / Line up in order to ensure prompt attendance to appointments and perform meticulous services within the appropriate time assigned for each service.
- Maintain professional and courteous behaviour to all clients and demonstrate proper greeting and assistance.
- Attend mandatory training scheduled by the company.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests and complaints by guests, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Sustain existing clientele record and aim at building a potential customer database.
- Follows SOP’s for quality service and municipality regulations.
Qualifications
- College Diploma.
- Technical Certifications relevant to the industry are a plus.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in Facial Therapy.
- Fluent in English
