Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Infection Prevention & Control professional to lead and continuously strengthen the hospital’s IPC program.

Purpose of the Role:
To plan, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the hospital’s Infection Prevention & Control program, ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and international best-practice standards.

Key Accountabilities:
· Develop, implement, and periodically review Infection Prevention & Control policies, procedures, and guidelines.
· Lead the annual IPC risk assessment and develop the IPC program, priorities, and objectives.
· Establish and monitor infection surveillance plans based on epidemiological data and emerging risks.
· Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance with DHA, MOHAP, JCI, and internationally recognized CDC and WHO standards.
· Provide expert guidance and recommendations during outbreaks and emerging infectious disease threats.
· Monitor IPC performance and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
